Admission & Registration

For notifying the international students getting admission to NTPU, the e-copy of Official Admission Letter (LOA) would be sent via email first. This e-copy would work as the attachment for the visa application in general cases. While the hard copy of LOA would be delivered via post afterwards in various phases. 

There are some required documents for ARC application. Once you complete the registration procedure and paid your tuition and fees, usually you could have the Certificate of Enrollment from the student information system downloaded the next day. Then, you could get the Dormitory Certificate from the dormitory section. Last, you may upload the forms online and apply for ARC. Check here for detailed video instructions.

The payment bills would be available around one week before the registration payment deadline for the senior students; while for the new students, the bills would be available around 5 days before the payment deadline.

For finish the payment, the student shall log in to the Landbank System to have the bills downloaded and printed. And bring the bills to have it paid at the Cashier Section on campus, in the convenience store (for unexpired bills). Online transaction or credit cards payment would work for the tuition payment as well.

If you would like to apply for school suspension (without losing your student status at NTPU), withdrawal of student status, or resumption of study, please visit Here to download and submit the filled form, "Leave of Absence/ Withdrawal from Study Application," to the program office.
